SPM-HEP-5163 is the Bosch type common rail injector: a black solenoid head with two terminals, a polished steel body with O-ring grooves and a copper sealing washer at the nozzle. It is used on Sinotruk MC07 engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces MAN 080V10100-6088 and Bosch 0445120578.
Sold as one unit. Check the number on your old part, or in the parts manual for your machine, before ordering.

Frequently asked questions
Will it replace my MAN 080V10100-6088?
Yes, it is a direct replacement for the MAN 080V10100-6088 with the same fitting.
How often should I replace the MAN 080V10100-6088?
Often 5,000 to 10,000 hours, but much less on poor or wet fuel. Injectors are usually changed when they fail a test, not by hours.
What are the signs the fuel injector needs replacing?
Black or white smoke, a misfire or knock on one cylinder, hard starting, higher fuel use, or a high return leak or balance rate on test.
Do I need new sealing washers?
Always. Fit a new copper washer and O-rings under every injector you remove. A reused washer leaks combustion gas and carbon packs the bore.
How do I find the bad one?
Run a return leak test or read the injector balance rates with a diagnostic tool. On older mechanical engines, cracking each pipe in turn at idle shows which cylinder changes least.
Is this a genuine MAN 080V10100-6088?
No. It is an aftermarket fuel injector made to replace the MAN 080V10100-6088. It is not made by the original manufacturer; the number only shows what it replaces.
