SPM-HEP-5206 is the wastegated turbocharger with the actuator canister, the studded exhaust inlet flange and the compressor inlet and outlet spigots. It is used on Iveco engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces Iveco 504340179 and Iveco 49389-04500.

What it does
Exhaust gas spins the turbine, which drives the compressor wheel on the same shaft and pushes more air into the engine. More air lets the engine burn more fuel cleanly, giving the rated power.
