SPM-HEP-5331 is the cast iron engine water pump: the six hole pulley flange on a sealed bearing, the side outlet pipe and small bypass pipe, and the bolt holes around the mounting face. It is used on Mitsubishi 6D15T engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces Mitsubishi ME035245 and Mitsubishi ME035246.
