Xinchai 490B-51000 is the 12 volt, 3.8 kW gear reduction starter motor with an 11 tooth pinion, a two bolt flange, black and silver housings and a top mounted solenoid. It is used on Xinchai 490B and NB485BPG forklift engines. This aftermarket version has the same mounting and electrical connector as the original, so it plugs in and bolts on where the old one came off.
