Zexel 105220-4772 is the plunger type fuel feed (lift) pump with its knurled brass hand primer on top, the cam follower on the mounting flange, two banjo bolts and four copper sealing washers. It is used on Isuzu 6BD1 engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.

A weak lift pump starves the injection pump. Long cranking after standing is a common sign.
