SPM-ACP-2813 is the LD202 level sensing electronic condensate drain that empties water from the compressor or dryer without wasting compressed air. It is used on Atlas Copco rotary screw compressors and dryers. This aftermarket version has the same mounting and electrical connector as the original, so it plugs in and bolts on where the old one came off.
It replaces Atlas Copco 2202815932 and Atlas Copco 2202815906.

Water in the air lines
A drain that has stopped opening lets condensate carry over into the air network, tools and dryers. Press the TEST button: if no water comes out with a full reservoir, the drain has failed.

The LD202 signals an alarm when it cannot empty. Check the inlet strainer and the drain line for blockage first, then replace the unit.

Fitting tips
Isolate and vent the drain point, fit the drain below the condensate outlet so water runs into it by gravity, and check the alarm wiring and 24 V supply before switching on.
