Caterpillar 198-1515 is the hydraulic solenoid valve (screw-in cartridge with integral connector). It is used on Caterpillar D series backhoe loaders and 902 to 908 compact wheel loaders. This aftermarket valve has the same ports, mounting and coil connector as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.

Fitting tips
Relieve the hydraulic pressure, clean around the valve before removing it, fit the new O rings lightly oiled and tighten to the specified torque.
