Function will not work
If a hydraulic function is dead but the pump and controls work, the solenoid valve or its coil is the usual suspect.
Drift or creep
A valve that does not seal lets cylinders creep. A new valve restores holding.
Burned coil
A coil that reads open or short on a meter needs replacing; check the connector for water first.
Fleet spares
Keep the common valves for your machines in stock to cut downtime.
