Aftermarket ceramic nozzle holder for Trumpf universal cutting heads. Replaces Trumpf 1906032, the universal nozzle holder M12 (Trumpf designation Nozzle Holder 2D Ceramic M12 CL 8kW).
One holder takes standard, BrightLine and CoolLine M12 nozzles, so the head can use every nozzle type and the nozzle changer without swapping holders. The holder routes the water mist to CoolLine nozzles, which is what CoolLine uses for cutting thick mild steel.
The ceramic body is 41 mm across at the top, 24 mm at the base and 34 mm high, with a stainless M12 nozzle insert. Sold in packs of 1, 5 or 10.

CoolLine thick plate cutting
CoolLine sprays a water mist around the cut on thick mild steel. The holder has to seal properly for the mist to reach the nozzle.
After a collision
A head crash usually cracks the ceramic holder first. A spare gets the machine cutting again within minutes.
Height sensing errors
A cracked or contaminated holder upsets the capacitive height control. Replace the holder before recalibrating.
