Aftermarket ceramic nozzle holder for BOCI (Bochu) 2D fiber laser cutting heads. Replaces BOCI Y.Z.C0034, the white D41 ceramic body with the M11 x 0.75 nozzle thread.
The ceramic sits at the bottom of the head between the nozzle connector and the nozzle. It insulates the nozzle so the capacitive height sensor can read the gap to the sheet, and it is the part designed to break first in a collision. It is 41 mm across the top flange and 34 mm high, with a stainless thread insert for M11 x 0.75 nozzles.
It fits the BOCI BLT310, the BLT4 series (BLT421, BLT441, BLT461, BLT481) and the BLT6 series heads that use the D41 ceramic. Sold in packs of 1, 5 or 10.

After a head collision

Height sensing faults
A cracked ceramic, a loose thread or a burned contact pin upsets the capacitive height control, so the head hunts, stops with a sensor alarm or touches the sheet. Replace the ceramic before chasing the sensor.
Nozzle will not centre or sit square
A worn or damaged thread in the ceramic lets the nozzle sit off centre, which shows as uneven cut quality in different directions.
