Genuine JNC CLEAL CP filter cartridge, grade CP-10: 10 µm nominal and 40 µm absolute (99.9%), 250 mm long, 68 mm outside and 30 mm inside diameter, double open ended. JNC Filter was formerly Chisso, and many sites still order these as Chisso CP filters.
The CP is a depth filter made from JNC's own two-part fibre: a rigid core with a lower melting sheath that bonds wherever fibres touch. That keeps the pores open and the structure rigid, so the cartridge holds a lot of dirt, copes with high differential pressure and pulsing flow, and does not shed fibres or drift in rating as it loads.
Polyolefin throughout, silicone free and compliant with CFR21 FDA regulations. Fits standard 10 inch double open ended housings that take 68 mm cartridges. Sold singly or in packs of 10 or 25.

Paints, inks and coatings
Depth filtration removes gels, agglomerates and oversized particles without stripping the pigment you want to keep. Pick the grade by the largest particle you need to stop.
Chemicals and plating baths
Polyolefin construction stands up to a wide range of acids, alkalis and solvents, so CP cartridges suit plating solutions, process chemicals and cleaning baths.
Water and process liquids
As a prefilter ahead of finer membranes or as the main filter on process water, the CP grades give a long life and a stable rating to the end of service.
Food, beverage and pharmaceutical
FDA compliant, silicone free materials make the CP a common choice where the filter touches product.
