OMAX 304507 is the high pressure swivel that lets the plumbing to the cutting head turn as the head moves. It is used on OMAX abrasive waterjet machines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.

Water weeping from the swivel weep hole means the internal seals are worn. Rebuild or replace it before the leak cuts into the bodies.
Stiff or noisy rotation
A swivel that binds puts strain on the high pressure tubing as the head moves and can crack the tube. Replace it when it no longer turns freely.

Repeated tube cracks near the swivel often come from a worn swivel. Change it with the tube.

Bleed the high pressure, support the tubing while undoing the glands, use anti seize on the threads and check for leaks at low pressure first.
