Aftermarket ceramic nozzle holder for Raytools fiber laser cutting heads. Replaces Raytools 120274100B: 32 mm across, 12 mm high, with an M14 x 0.75 brass thread for the D32 M14 nozzle.
It sits between the head and the nozzle: it insulates the nozzle so the capacitive height sensor reads only the gap to the sheet, and it holds the nozzle in line with the beam. A cracked or dirty ceramic shows up as height sensing alarms and nozzle crashes.
It fits the Raytools BT240, BMH109, BMH110, BMH111 and BMH114 heads that use this ceramic. Sold in packs of 5 or 10.
