Continuous Duty Cycles
For hydraulic systems running around the clock, the 12-micron microfibre media maintains high dirt-holding capacity and consistent pressure drop, reducing the frequency of filter changes and keeping your operation productive.
Contamination-Sensitive Servo Systems
Precision hydraulic controls demand exceptional fluid cleanliness. This filter captures fine particles that could otherwise cause sticking or hunting in servo valves, ensuring smooth and accurate response.
Multi-Brand Fleet Servicing
Maintaining a mixed fleet of equipment becomes simpler when a single filter element cross-references multiple manufacturers. This filter streamlines inventory and reduces the complexity of your parts store.
Dusty Outdoor Environments
Mobile machinery operating in quarries, mines, or agricultural settings ingests ambient dust that challenges hydraulic systems. The robust microfibre media withstands such conditions, protecting pumps and actuators from abrasive contaminants.
It is a direct replacement for filter elements from Comex, Fai Filtri, Franklin, Oxfil, Pall, Parker Parfit, and ST Separat Tech that share the same dimensions and configuration. Verify the measurements below to confirm compatibility with your housing.
The filter uses inorganic microfibre media with an absolute rating of 12 microns. This fine porosity allows it to remove most harmful particles while maintaining good oil flow and a long service life.
Key dimensions are total height (337 mm), largest inner diameter (43.4 mm), and largest outer diameter (78 mm). Also confirm the flow direction matches your housing (Out-In).
No, it is an aftermarket filter built to match the performance and dimensions of the named brand filters. It is not manufactured by or affiliated with those brands, but it provides a reliable and cost-effective alternative.
Installation is straightforward: relieve system pressure, remove the old filter, clean the housing and sealing surfaces, insert the new element ensuring correct orientation (flow direction Out-In), and reassemble. Always refer to your equipment manual for specific instructions and torque values.
