Planned service
Domino A series printers are serviced on a schedule, usually every 6 to 12 months or a set number of running hours, and the ink system filters are changed together. Keep a set on the shelf so the service is not held up.
Pressure and viscosity faults
Blocked filters show up as ink pressure warnings, viscosity drifting out of range and the pump working harder. Changing the filters is one of the first checks.
After an ink or solvent change
When switching to a different ink or after contamination, flush the system and fit new filters so old ink and particles are not carried over.
Production lines
Date, batch and expiry coding on food, drink, pharmaceutical and cable lines, where a coder stopping holds up the whole line.
No. It is an aftermarket filter made to fit. It is not made by or affiliated with Domino; the Domino number 29273 is shown only so you can match the part you are replacing.

The body is marked FLOW with an arrow. Fit it with the arrow pointing in the direction the solvent flows, away from the solvent cartridge.
