Use Cases & Applications
Hydraulic System Protection
In hydraulic systems, the 60 µm wire mesh captures contaminants that cause wear on pumps and valves. This filter helps extend component life and reduces downtime in continuous-duty applications.
Lubrication Oil Filtration
For machinery requiring clean lubrication oil, this filter removes particles that can lead to bearing failure. It is suitable for gearboxes and circulating oil systems where consistent oil quality is critical.
High-Temperature Environments
The wire mesh media withstands higher temperatures than paper filters, making it ideal for applications near heat sources or in systems with elevated oil temperatures.
Inventory Consolidation
By replacing multiple branded filters (Airfil, Argo, Fai Filtri, Oxfil) with one part number, this filter simplifies stock management and reduces the risk of using incorrect filters.
