High-Contaminant Environments
In dusty or dirty operating conditions, the 12 µm inorganic microfibre media captures fine particles that accelerate wear. This keeps hydraulic or lubrication systems cleaner for longer, reducing frequent filter changes.
Continuous-Duty Operations
For machinery running around the clock, the integrated bypass valve opens at 1.75 bar to maintain oil flow if the element becomes blocked. This safeguard protects pumps and components from starvation damage.
Multi-Brand Fleet Maintenance
By cross-referencing filters from Fai Filtri, Filtrec, Oxfil and Sofima (UFI) to a single SPM part number, inventory complexity is reduced. One stock item covers multiple equipment models, simplifying procurement and storage.
Preventive Maintenance Scheduling
When paired with scheduled oil analysis and changes, the efficient 12 µm filtration removes wear-causing contaminants. This extends the service life of pumps, valves and cylinders, cutting unplanned repair costs.
This filter is a direct replacement for cross-referenced part numbers from Fai Filtri, Filtrec, Oxfil and Sofima (UFI). Match the key dimensions of your current filter: total height of 230 mm, outer diameter 130 mm, and smallest inner diameter 64 mm to ensure correct fitment.
The element uses inorganic microfibre media with an efficiency rating of 12 µm. It removes particles down to 12 microns from the oil, preventing abrasive wear on system components.
This spin-on style filter has an outer diameter of 130 mm, a total height of 230 mm, and a smallest inner diameter of 64 mm. Compare these measurements against your existing housing or specifications to confirm compatibility. No additional adapters are required for standard housings.
No, this is an aftermarket oil filter built to match the performance and dimensions of the cross-referenced branded filters. It is not manufactured by Fai Filtri, Filtrec, Oxfil or Sofima (UFI) but provides a cost-effective direct replacement.
Shut down the machine, relieve system pressure, and remove the old filter. Clean the mounting surface, then lubricate the new filter’s seal with clean oil. Spin it on by hand until the gasket contacts the base, then tighten according to the engine or filter head manufacturer’s specification. Dispose of used oil and filters responsibly.
