Heavy-Dust Environments
In quarrying, mining or construction settings where airborne dust is relentless, the 12 µm microfibre media traps fine particles before they can score precision components. This helps preserve system reliability and extend the service life of expensive hydraulic hardware.
Continuous Operation
For machinery running extended shifts, such as injection moulding presses or offshore equipment, consistent filtration prevents slow degradation of oil quality. The robust collapse pressure rating of 10 bar maintains flow even under elevated system pressures, reducing unplanned downtime.
Fleet Inventory Simplification
Because this filter replaces several branded part numbers, maintenance teams can consolidate filter stocks across mixed fleets. This lowers inventory carrying costs, streamlines procurement and ensures the correct element is always at hand when a service is due.
High-Pressure System Safety
In hydraulic systems where pressure spikes are common, a filter collapse can send debris downstream. This filter is rated to 10 bar collapse pressure, offering a secure barrier that helps safeguard critical components and maintain clean oil circulation.
It is a direct fit replacement for elements cross-referenced from Fai Filtri, Internormen, Mahle, Oxfil, Parker Parfit and Stauff. No specific machine model identification is required; simply match the brand and dimensions.
The media is composed of inorganic microfibres with a filtration rating of 12 µm, effectively removing harmful particles while maintaining good flow characteristics.
Total height is 188 mm, largest inner diameter is 111 mm and largest outer diameter is 160 mm. Always verify these measurements against your existing housing to ensure compatibility.
It is built to match OEM specifications, providing equivalent filtration performance and structural integrity. Every element is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee for peace of mind.
Follow your standard hydraulic filter replacement procedure. Note that the flow direction is Out-In, meaning oil flows from outside to inside. Clean the housing, lubricate the sealing surface and ensure the element seats firmly.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, a price-beat guarantee and worldwide shipping with full tracking. Exact transit times vary by destination, but we dispatch promptly once your order is confirmed.
