Aftermarket focusing lens for Raytools BW101 and Relfar handheld welding guns: 20 mm diameter, 4.75 mm centre thickness (CT), 150 mm focal length. It replaces Raytools part number 3250010444.
The focusing lens brings the parallel beam from the collimator to the welding spot at the nozzle. A burned or pitted focusing lens shows up as weak penetration and a wide, uneven bead at normal settings.
S1 grade fused silica, anti reflection coated on both faces for 1064 nm. Sold singly or in packs of 5.

Burned focusing lens
