Aftermarket replacement lens sets for Raytools cutting heads that take 28 mm lenses. Each set is one bi-convex and one meniscus lens, fused silica, AR coated for 1064 nm. Choose the set: Collimating F100, Focusing F125, Focusing F150.

The collimating set sits behind the fiber connector and turns the diverging beam into a parallel one. The focusing set brings that beam to the cutting spot. A longer focal length gives a larger spot and more depth of focus, which suits thicker plate.

Each set fits into your existing lens holder. Match the Raytools numbers on your current lenses in the table below.

Raytools makes some sizes at more than one power rating; both pairs of numbers are listed, and our set for that focal length replaces either pair.

Applications & Use Cases

Replacing a damaged lens
Pitting or burn marks on a lens show as slow piercing, a wide kerf and lost cutting power. Replace both lenses of the set together.

Keeping the holder
If the lens holder is undamaged, fitting a new pair is cheaper than a complete assembly.

Changing focal length
A longer focusing lens gives a larger spot and more depth of focus for thick plate; a shorter one a smaller spot for thin sheet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which set do I need?

Match the focal length and the Raytools numbers on your current lenses. Collimating and focusing lenses are not interchangeable.

Is it a genuine Raytools lens?

No. These are aftermarket lenses made to the same diameter and focal length. The Raytools numbers are shown so you can match your optics.

Do I get both lenses?

Yes. Each set is one bi-convex and one meniscus lens.

How should lenses be handled?

In a clean area, by the edges only, with clean gloves. Fingerprints burn into the coating under laser power.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Shipping options and costs for your country are shown at checkout.
