You're saving 40-45% on SMC AMG-EL650 buying from SPM.
Water removal at point of use
An AMG in front of tools, cylinders and blow off guns stops water carry over without a dryer.
Lines without a dryer
Small plants and mobile compressors often rely on a water separator instead of a dryer.
Pre-filter for mist separators
Taking out bulk water first keeps the finer mist separator elements from loading up early.
Planned maintenance
Change the element when the pressure drop reaches 0.1 MPa or every two years, whichever comes first.
No. It is an aftermarket element made to fit. It is not made by or affiliated with SMC; the SMC number AMG-EL650 is shown only so you can match the part you are replacing.
Check the model on the unit's body. This element fits SMC AMG650C units (and the earlier AMG650 without the C suffix). If the old element is marked AMG-EL650, this is the replacement.
Check the bowl O-ring when you change the element and replace it if it is flattened or cracked, and make sure the auto drain is clear.
