Dusty Industrial Environments
In settings like construction sites or mining operations where airborne particulates are high, the 100 µm wire mesh effectively captures debris before it enters the hydraulic system. This reduces wear on pumps and valves, extending service intervals.
Continuous-Duty Compressor Operation
For compressors running 24/7, such as in manufacturing plants, this filter handles constant fluid flow without clogging quickly. Its robust mesh construction ensures consistent filtration performance under sustained loads.
Maintenance Cost Reduction
By using this aftermarket filter, operators can lower replacement costs compared to branded options. It is ideal for facilities managing multiple machines where budget-conscious maintenance schedules are a priority.
Inventory Consolidation
This single filter cross-references with several brands including Fai Filtri, HiFi Filter, and Oxfil, allowing workshops to stock one part for various equipment. This simplifies inventory management and reduces stockholding costs.
Check your machine's model against our verified list: it fits Mattei 300-450 AC-ERC series (both old and new type) and Hydrovane compressors. If your model isn't listed, compare dimensions: body height 225 mm, outer diameter 63 mm, and inner diameter 35 mm.
This filter uses a 100 µm wire mesh media. It is suitable for capturing larger particulates and is commonly used in return-line or low-pressure applications where finer filtration is not required.
The filter has a body height of 225 mm, outer diameter of 63 mm, and both largest and smallest inner diameters of 35 mm. The flow direction is out-in. We do not have thread specifications; please verify compatibility with your housing.
This is an aftermarket replacement, not genuine OEM. It is built to the original dimensions and ratings and serves as a direct replacement for filters from Fai Filtri, HiFi Filter, Hydrovane, Mattei, Noitech, Oxfil, and Sotras.
Installation is straightforward: ensure the system is depressurised, remove the old filter, clean the housing, and insert the new filter with the flow direction (out-in) aligned correctly. Tighten to manufacturer torque specifications.
