Dusty Off-Road Environments
On construction or agricultural machinery exposed to high dust loads, the 12 µm microfibre media effectively captures fine particles that can cause silting and abrasion, helping to maintain hydraulic fluid cleanliness and reduce unscheduled downtime.
Continuous-Duty Industrial Systems
For production machinery running 24/7, keeping hydraulic oil free of contaminants is crucial. This filter’s consistent 12-micron rating ensures reliable protection even under sustained pressure cycles, minimising wear on servo valves and proportional controls.
Rapid Maintenance Turnarounds
When service intervals are compressed, having a direct-drop-in replacement on hand speeds up filter changes. This filter matches the critical dimensions of many OEM-style elements, making swaps straightforward and reducing vehicle or machine downtime.
Fleet Standardisation
Operators managing mixed-brand equipment can consolidate their filter inventory with this cross-referenced element, which covers multiple brands in one part number. This simplifies procurement and ensures consistent filtration performance across the fleet.
It is designed as a direct replacement for select Fai Filtri, Internormen, Oxfil, and Parker Parfit elements. Always cross-check the part number and dimensions (250 mm total height, 45 mm outer diameter, 22.8 mm inner diameter) against your existing filter. We provide detailed measurements to ensure compatibility.
The filter uses inorganic microfibres with a 12 µm absolute filtration rating. This media is chosen for its high dirt-holding capacity and resistance to water and oil degradation, helping maintain oil cleanliness over extended service intervals.
Total height is 250 mm, largest outer diameter is 45 mm, and largest inner diameter is 22.8 mm. The element is a drop-in cartridge with no threaded connections; sealing is provided by the housing. Verify these measurements to confirm fit.
No, this filter is an aftermarket filter element manufactured to match OEM specifications. It is not a genuine part but provides an equivalent level of performance and reliability for a lower price, compatible with Fai Filtri, Internormen, Oxfil, and Parker Parfit systems.
Installation involves opening the hydraulic system housing, removing the old element, and inserting the new one, respecting the out-in flow direction. Always refer to your equipment manual for proper procedure. Replace the filter at the interval recommended by your machine manufacturer.
