Trafimet PC0118 is the outer retaining cap used on the Trafimet Ergocut S105 plasma torch, fitted to many 70 A to 100 A air plasma cutters. This is an aftermarket part made to the same number and fit, for air plasma cutting.
The outer cap screws onto the torch head over the nozzle, clamps the nozzle, swirl ring and electrode in place and shields them from spatter. Its brass tip ring locates the nozzle.
Check the number on your old part or in the torch manual before ordering: it should read PC0118.
