Atlas Copco 1622375980 is the 40 C thermostat assembly (sleeve with wax element and return spring) that controls oil flow through the oil cooler. Stop the compressor, vent it and let it cool before opening the valve housing. Fit new O rings, check the parts sit square, then check oil temperature and look for leaks after start up.
