AccuStream 1-11433 is the left hand high pressure end bell (end cap) of the 60K intensifier, which holds the high pressure cylinder and the check valve. It is used on Flow 60K intensifier pumps. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.

Leaks at the end bell
Water at the end bell weep holes means a seal or the sealing face is worn. A sealing face that has been cut by leaking water cannot be trusted and the end bell needs replacing.

End bells see full intensifier pressure on every stroke. Any crack, however small, means the part must be replaced before it fails in service.
Pump rebuilds
Replace a damaged end bell during a major rebuild rather than reusing it with new seals.
Fitting tips
Isolate power and bleed the high pressure first. Clean every sealing face, use the maker's lubricant on the threads, tighten the tie rods in sequence to the maker's torque and check for leaks at low pressure before cutting. This is the left hand end bell; check the side before ordering.
