Water will not shut off
A worn seat or poppet lets water dribble from the nozzle when the valve should be closed. The kit replaces the parts that seal.
Leak from the valve body
Water from the weep hole means the high pressure seal and back up ring have worn. Rebuild the valve before the leak erodes the body.
Planned maintenance
On/off valve seals wear with every cycle. Rebuilding on a schedule stops unplanned downtime on a busy machine.
Fitting tips
Bleed the high pressure and the air supply first. Clean the body, fit every part in the kit, use the correct lubricant on the seal, and check the stem travel before running.
