Dusty Workshop Environments
In workshops with high airborne dust, effective oil separation prevents contaminants from reaching pneumatic tools and processes. This separator maintains separation efficiency, prolonging the life of downstream equipment and lowering total operational costs.
Continuous Production Lines
For facilities running compressors around the clock, consistent air quality is non-negotiable. This separator supports reliable 24/7 operation, helping to avoid production stoppages caused by oil carryover into the air system.
Multi-Machine Fleet Maintenance
When servicing several Kaeser compressors across one site, using a single aftermarket separator simplifies inventory. This separator fits multiple models, cutting down on the variety of spare parts you need to stock.
Cost-Sensitive Service Intervals
If your maintenance budget is tight, this element provides the required performance at a lower price than branded alternatives. Frequent filter changes become more affordable without sacrificing separation quality.
This separator is a direct fit for the Kaeser M 123, M 114, M 80 (V3307), M 122, M 100 (71.7 KW), and M 82 models. It also replaces cartridges from Fai Filtri and Oxfil that cross-reference to these machines. Always check your current part number against our listing before ordering.
The element is built to match the separation performance of the original Kaeser design for the listed compressor models. For a detailed data sheet or to confirm the specific micron rating, our team is available to assist.
Yes, this separator is manufactured to directly replace the original equipment. Connection threads, seal surfaces, and dimensions are identical, so installation requires no modifications or adaptors.
No, this separator is an aftermarket product offered by Spare Part Mart. It is not a genuine Kaeser, Fai Filtri, or Oxfil part, but is built to perform equivalently in the specified compressors. Using an aftermarket element does not void machine warranties under general consumer law in many regions.
Follow the service intervals recommended in your compressor manual, as this separator matches OEM service life expectations. Installation mirrors the original procedure, simply swap out the old element, taking care to seat the seal correctly. No special tools are required.
Spare Part Mart ships worldwide with full tracking. We back this separator with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Additionally, we offer a price-beat guarantee, if you find a lower price on a like-for-like aftermarket cartridge, we will beat it.
