Oil Vapor Removal in Food Processing
In food and beverage plants where compressed air contacts products, this activated carbon filter eliminates oil vapors and odors, ensuring air meets hygiene standards. It helps maintain product purity and compliance with safety regulations.
Continuous-Duty Manufacturing Lines
For factories running 24/7, the filter's low differential pressure (60 mbar) minimizes energy loss, reducing operational costs over long shifts. Its robust construction supports extended service intervals.
Indoor Installation with Space Constraints
With a body height of just 288 mm, this filter fits easily into compact filter housings or tight piping layouts common in crowded compressor rooms. It simplifies retrofitting without major system modifications.
Maintenance Scheduling for Multi-Unit Systems
When managing multiple compressors, using a standardized aftermarket filter like this filter streamlines inventory and replacement schedules. This reduces downtime and simplifies procurement across different equipment brands.
Check your current filter's part number against our cross-reference list. If you have an Atlas Copco filter, this filter is a direct replacement. We recommend verifying dimensions: outer diameter 86 mm, total height 298 mm, and smallest inner diameter 39 mm.
Activated carbon media removes oil vapor, hydrocarbon gases, and unpleasant odors from compressed air. It is not designed for particulate removal; use a pre-filter for solid contaminants.
The smallest inner diameter is 39 mm, which typically corresponds to a 1-inch BSP connection. However, always measure your existing filter's thread or port size to ensure compatibility.
Our filter is built to match OEM specifications and uses high-grade activated carbon media. It offers equivalent performance at a lower price, backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Replacement intervals depend on air quality and usage. Typical guidelines suggest changing when differential pressure exceeds 600 mbar or after 12 months. Monitor your system's pressure drop to determine the optimal schedule.
We offer worldwide shipping with tracking. Your purchase is protected by a 30-day money-back guarantee and a price-beat guarantee. No additional warranty periods are stated.
