Barton WF040034 is the set of wear parts that rebuilds the high pressure end of the Flow mini on/off valve: poppet, seat, dynamic seal, back up ring, bushing and O-rings. It is used on Flow waterjet cutting heads with the mini on/off valve. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
The same part is also sold as AccuStream 1-12544, IWP F300-K0020-0000, Flow 711484-1 and H2O Jet 302001-3.
Sold as one complete set. Check the number on your old part, or in the parts manual for your machine, before ordering.

Applications & use cases
Water will not shut off
A worn seat or poppet lets water dribble from the nozzle when the valve should be closed. The kit replaces the parts that seal.
Leak from the valve body
Water from the weep hole means the high pressure seal and back up ring have worn. Rebuild the valve before the leak erodes the body.
Planned maintenance
On/off valve seals wear with every cycle. Rebuilding on a schedule stops unplanned downtime on a busy machine.
Fitting tips
Bleed the high pressure and the air supply first. Clean the body, fit every part in the kit, use the correct lubricant on the seal, and check the stem travel before running.

Frequently asked questions
Will it replace my Barton WF040034?
Yes, it is a direct replacement for the Barton WF040034 with the same fitting.
How often should I replace the Barton WF040034?
It depends on hours and working conditions. Follow the machine service schedule, and change it when it shows wear rather than waiting for it to fail.
What are the signs the waterjet valve repair kit needs replacing?
Leaks, noise, loss of performance, or visible wear compared with a new part. If in doubt, measure it against the sizes in the specifications.
How do I check it is the right part?
Match the part number on the old waterjet valve repair kit to Barton WF040034 or a number in the cross reference table. If the number is worn off, compare the sizes in the specifications.
Can I return it if it does not fit?
Yes. Every order is covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. Keep it unused and in its packaging.
Is this a genuine Barton WF040034?
No. It is an aftermarket waterjet valve repair kit made to replace the Barton WF040034. It is not made by the original manufacturer; the number only shows what it replaces.
