Aftermarket focusing lens for Qilin and WSX handheld welding guns: 20 mm diameter, 3 mm centre thickness (CT), 150 mm focal length.
The focusing lens brings the parallel beam from the collimator to the welding spot at the nozzle. A burned or pitted focusing lens shows up as weak penetration and a wide, uneven bead at normal settings.
S1 grade fused silica, anti reflection coated on both faces for 1064 nm. Sold singly or in packs of 5.

Burned focusing lens
Spatter that gets past a dirty protective lens burns the focusing lens. Weak penetration and a wide, uneven bead at normal settings are the signs.
