It replaces Hankison CF-04 and Hankison 5005198.

Oil taste or smell in the air
An oil vapor element that is used up lets oil vapour and odour through to food, pharmaceutical and breathing air points. Change it on the interval, because it does not show a pressure drop when spent.
Protecting the element
The oil vapor element must sit after a coalescing element. Liquid oil reaching it saturates the carbon early, so change the coalescing element ahead of it at the same time.
Change interval
Change it at least every 1,000 operating hours or every six months, whichever comes first, and sooner if the air smells of oil.
Fitting tips
Isolate and vent the housing, remove the bowl, fit the new element and new O ring, and check the bowl seal before putting the line back under pressure.
