Aftermarket ceramic nozzle holder for Raytools fiber laser cutting heads. Replaces Raytools 120515099A: 28 mm across, 12 mm high, with an M11 x 0.75 brass thread for the D28 M11 nozzle.
It sits between the head and the nozzle: it insulates the nozzle so the capacitive height sensor reads only the gap to the sheet, and it holds the nozzle in line with the beam. A cracked or dirty ceramic shows up as height sensing alarms and nozzle crashes.
It fits the Raytools BT220, BM114, BM115 and BS06K heads that use this ceramic. Sold in packs of 5 or 10.
