Aftermarket ceramic nozzle holder for Raytools fiber laser cutting heads. Replaces Raytools 120515093A: 21.4 mm across, 12.9 mm high, with an M8 x 0.75 brass thread for the small D15 M8 3D nozzle.

This is the small ceramic Raytools uses on its 3D and tube cutting heads, where the head works close to the part and clears formed edges and tube walls. A cracked or dirty ceramic shows up as height sensing alarms.

It fits the Raytools BD04K, BD08K, BS12K and BS15K heads that use this ceramic. Sold in packs of 1, 5 or 10.

Applications & Use Cases

After a head collision
A crash into a tipped part or the sheet edge usually cracks the ceramic before anything else. A spare gets the machine cutting again in minutes.

Height sensing alarms
Erratic capacitive readings, height jumps or false collision alarms are often a cracked or dirty ceramic. Swap it before recalibrating the sensor.

Tube and 3D cutting
Tube heads work close to the part and hit edges and weld seams, so ceramics crack more often than on flat bed machines.

Planned maintenance
Inspect the ceramic at every nozzle change and replace it when chips, cracks or heat discolouration appear.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know this is the right ceramic?

Check for 120515093A in your head's parts list, or measure the old one: 21.4 mm across, 12.9 mm high, with an M8 nozzle thread.

Is it a genuine Raytools ceramic?

No. It is an aftermarket ceramic made to the same dimensions and thread. The Raytools number 120515093A is shown so you can match your part.

D21.4 or D19.5?

Both take the M8 3D nozzle. Measure the old ceramic across its widest point: 21.4 mm or 19.5 mm, and check the Raytools number.

1 pack, 5 pack or 10 pack?

Every pack holds the same ceramic. The bigger the pack, the lower the price per piece, which suits shops that keep spares for collisions.

How do I fit a ceramic?

Screw it in by hand until it seats, then fit the nozzle. Do not use tools or overtighten; ceramic cracks under excess torque.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Shipping options and costs for your country are shown at checkout.
