High-Dust Industrial Environments
In factories where airborne particles constantly challenge hydraulic systems, the inorganic microfibre media continuously captures contaminants down to 25 µm. This keeps oil clean and reduces abrasive wear on pumps and actuators, extending service intervals.
Continuous-Duty Mobile Machinery
For excavators, loaders, or tractors running long shifts, the 10 bar collapse pressure rating ensures the element stays intact during pressure surges. Reliable filtration prevents unscheduled stops and protects high-cost components from sudden failure.
Preventative Maintenance Schedules
Cost-effective drop-in replacement makes frequent changeouts practical. Regular filter swaps as part of a maintenance programme maintain system cleanliness, lower the risk of unplanned downtime, and simplify budget forecasting.
Mixed-Fleet Stock Simplification
One part number cross-references multiple filter brands, so workshops servicing equipment from different manufacturers can consolidate inventory. Fewer shelf items mean easier stock control and faster turnaround during routine servicing.
This element directly replaces filters from Fai Filtri, Internormen, Jenbacher, Oxfil, and Parker Parfit. Cross-check your current part number against these brands; if it matches any of those references, this filter is a correct fit.
The media is rated at 25 µm absolute, meaning it removes particles sized 25 micrometres and larger. The inorganic microfibre construction provides high dirt-holding capacity and consistent efficiency throughout the service life.
The element has a total height of 399 mm, a largest inner diameter of 90.2 mm, and a largest outer diameter of 160 mm. There are no threads on the element; it seals via end caps inside the housing. Confirm your housing accommodates these dimensions and the out-to-in flow direction.
This filter is built to match the form, fit, and function of the filters it replaces. You get equivalent contaminant removal and structural integrity but at a significantly lower price, plus the peace of mind of our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Always depressurise the hydraulic system and allow it to cool before opening the filter housing. Remove the old element, clean the housing bowl, fit the new this filter element making sure it seats correctly, and replace the cover. Dispose of the used element according to local regulations.
We ship worldwide with full tracking on every order. All purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you find a lower advertised price, we will beat it under our price-beat guarantee, so you always get the best value.
